He holds a B.S. in Applied Physics from the University of the Philippines Los Baños and an M.S. in Astronomy from Rizal Technological University, where his thesis explored "Conformal Gravity Wave Approach to Particle Production in the Early Anisotropic Universe." As a faculty member at Bestlink College of the Philippines, he has taught a diverse array of courses, including Classical Mechanics, Quantum Mechanics, and Observational Astronomy. Jeffrey has contributed to the development of the first B.S. Astronomy program in a Philippine private university and spearheaded the acquisition of the first professional radio telescope in the country. Additionally, he has conducted international research collaborations, notably as a team leader in asteroid search projects. His skills in Python for data science, LaTeX programming, and statistical analysis complement his research pursuits, as evidenced by multiple publications in the fields of Modified Newtonian Gravity and Quantum Gravity.
