Jismariya J. is a motivated graduate in Computer Science and Engineering with specialized experience in IT service desk support and network monitoring. Currently based in Qatar, Jismariya interned as a NOC Analyst with Mannai Corporation, where she efficiently handled service desk tickets, addressed technical issues, and ensured proper resolution and escalation of incidents. Her role involved the use of advanced tools like Cisco Meraki and Motadata for network monitoring. Additionally, Jismariya's technical repertoire includes programming languages such as Python, C, and Java, as well as proficiency in SQL databases.
