Jo O. is a dedicated and detail-oriented Librarian with over 16 years of experience in the field of librarianship. She is passionate about connecting people with accurate information and fostering literacy through both physical and digital resource management. Jo employs her strong skills in data organization and program development to enhance user engagement. Previously, she served as a Law Librarian at the Regional Trial Court, a role she has held since 2023. Earlier, at the Philippine Tong Ho Institute, she was both Head Librarian and School Librarian, from 2015 to 2023. Her leadership journey started as Chief Librarian at STI Academic Center Lucena from 2010 to 2015. Jo is a graduate of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, holding a Master of Library and Information Science and a Bachelor in Elementary Education with a special focus on Library Science. She holds licenses in both Librarianship and Teaching, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence.
