I am Juan Francis Manongdo, a college student from Baguio City, Philippines. I have a robust background in multimedia content creation and administrative support. My experience at the Baguio Cathedral and Diocesan Shrine includes livestreaming services and PowerPoint management. I applied for and completed an internship at Knowles Training Institute, where I demonstrated strong IT support skills by managing WordPress websites and using Wordfence for domain scanning. I also adeptly communicated via Microsoft Teams, supporting intern attendance and maintaining accurate time records in Google Sheets and Microsoft Word. I am currently advancing my expertise in Information Technology at Mapua Malayan Digital College, leveraging my skills in digital content to enhance team communication and efficiency.
