I’ve been supporting US-based businesses for over 8 years, primarily in lead generation and appointment setting, where I handle both inbound and outbound responses to inquiries about home projects, and I connect them with the right contractors by setting appointments.

I also have experience in market research, where I conduct general and political surveys and make sure all data is recorded accurately before submitting.

I started my career in IT, handling basic troubleshooting and supporting multimedia setups for hotel events and functions.

Recently, I’ve been expanding into eCommerce tasks like product listings and order tracking, and I’m also building simple automation systems to reduce manual and repetitive work.
