Kaif A.

Kaif S. is an aspiring civil engineer currently pursuing a B. Tech in Civil Engineering at Aliah University, Kolkata. With practical exposure through an internship at the Public Works Department (PWD) in Kalimpong, West Bengal, Kaif contributed to the construction of a G+5 residential building by assisting in RCC construction activities such as column, beam, and slab casting. He developed hands-on understanding of reinforcement detailing, shuttering, concreting, and curing, while learning on-site drawing execution and coordination. Kaif also has project experience in estimating and costing for a four-story residential structure, utilizing AutoCAD and MS Excel for cost analysis and reporting. His experience demonstrates foundational skills relevant to civil engineering and infrastructure development.
