Kent Francis A. is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management at the University of San Carlos, with extensive hands-on training in the hospitality industry. During his internship as Food and Beverages staff at East Coast in Hershey, PA, Kent Francis A. prepared and assembled food items per strict company standards, adhered to food handling and sanitation protocols, organized and maintained workstations, and delivered professional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, as a trainee at The USC Training Hotel, he gained operational experience in HR, kitchen, housekeeping, and front office departments, supporting administrative duties, guest services, and documentation for hotel operations.
