Laiza R.

Laiza R. is a recent BSSW graduate from the South East Asian Institute of Technology with hands-on experience in the social services sector. During an internship at the MSWDO Alabel in Sarangani Province, she performed case management by conducting interviews, administering psychosocial assessments, and preparing case studies for clients with varying needs. She actively developed intervention plans, connected clients with relevant social support, and ensured stringent compliance with ethical and legal standards for confidential record-keeping. In addition to academic coursework in social welfare policy, research methods, and mental health, Laiza R. refined her crisis intervention, community outreach, and documentation skills. She has also demonstrated sustained excellence as a Social Work Licensure Examination passer and multi-time Dean’s List honoree.
