She served as a Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Manager for the Local Government Unit of Alcantara, Romblon, where she expertly orchestrated the Students’ Employment Program, managing recruitment and deployment for over 50 participants. Ma. Joselie acted as the primary liaison with the Department of Labor and Employment, successfully coordinating TUPAD programs for 180 beneficiaries. She ensured full compliance with labor standards through meticulous operational oversight. While also serving as Local Youth Development Officer (LYDO) at the same LGU where she led the development and approval of the 2025-2027 Local Youth Development Plan, as well as the implementation and documentation of the planned programs, projects, and activities; managed the 2025 and 2026 LYDO Annual Budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation for more than 10 local youth initiatives; organized the Local Youth Development Council, aligning objectives between SK, NGAs, and private sector volunteers. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting with honors from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and further certifications in Scrum Master Training and Risk Analysis. Alongside her government service, she engages in creative project delivery, directing production and team leadership for municipal events as a Freelance Content Producer.
