Marchmae D. is a Psychology graduate and faculty member at Tangub City Global College, where she teaches courses in self-awareness and ethics within the Institute of Arts and Sciences. Her experience spans educational, clinical, and creative industries, including work as a Guidance Psychology Intern at Ozamiz City National High School, supporting counseling and mental health programs, and as an HR Psychology Intern at Cebu Orthopaedic Institute, where she handled confidential records and enhanced team building. Marchmae has contributed to international arts projects as an Artist & Collaborator with Beyond Fortress Collective and the Asian Youth Theater Festival Movement, managing partnerships and leading arts workshops. She is skilled in research writing, event coordination, and psychological assessment, frequently producing documentation for academic and NGO settings, and consistently facilitating community engagement initiatives focused on wellness and cultural exchange.
