Maricris B. V. is a dedicated educator with substantial experience in teaching and academic administration. Currently serving as both an English and Research Instructor and the Dean of Student Affairs at Maila Rosario College Inc., she has been instrumental in fostering student engagement and academic excellence. Her career began in a leadership capacity as an Area Supervisor at the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 02, where she supervised numerous initiatives from November 2019 to June 2021. Maricris holds a Master of Science in Teaching, majoring in English, from Saint Paul University Philippines, and a Bachelor in Secondary Education from the University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao. Her adeptness is further demonstrated through her comprehensive participation in numerous professional development programs, focusing on educational innovation, 21st-century educational technology tools, and enhancing classroom learning through ICT. Her proficiency with educational technologies, including Microsoft Office and Canva, enhances her ability to deliver impactful and interactive learning experiences. Fluent in English, Filipino, and Ilocano, Maricris is committed to the growth and development of her students and peers.
