About

Hello! I’m Mark, an English Language Studies major from the Philippines. I love taking care of the essential tasks behind the scenes, whether that means keeping a calendar organized, sorting out messy files, or ensuring an online project runs smoothly. Over the past few years, I’ve jumped into leadership roles that taught me how to keep things running smoothly under pressure. I've served as a Class President, managing schedules and communication for 50 of my peers, set up the live tech and handled the documentation for webinars with over 100 people, and even led a community outreach project from scratch. I also had the chance to facilitate small group talks during a cultural exchange program with Chinese University Students, which really sharpened my cross-cultural skills. Because of my background and a 120-hour TEFL certificate, clear and reliable communication is critical to me. More than anything, I am passionate and truly excited to collaborate with busy professionals. My goal is to completely sync with your daily routine and manage your operational roles, taking administrative tasks off your productive schedule so you can focus entirely on growing your business. Let’s connect and talk about how I can support your team!
