Mark L. is an experienced IT Support & Quality Assurance Tester who has demonstrated expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting and computer networking fundamentals. He started his academic journey with a degree in TVL - Computer System Servicing from Tanza National Trade School and further pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Cavite State University. In his role at Starkson Packaging Inc., Mark efficiently resolved Tier 1/2 IT issues, enhancing operational efficiency by developing and implementing a Centralized Ticket and Incident Reporting System. His attention to detail was key in manual testing to minimize post-launch failures. Additionally, Mark has been part of Krispy Papi, where he improved system reliability through diligent software testing. His responsibilities included managing technical documentation and IT inventory, ensuring the smooth deployment and maintenance of various systems. Mark is committed to improving system efficiency and enhancing user experiences in both operational and testing environments.
