Mil F. is a dedicated educator currently seeking a part-time position as a faculty member in the fields of English and Education. With a Master of Arts in Teaching specializing in Reading Education and a Bachelor of Elementary Education with a concentration in English, Mil has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering academic excellence through engaging, learner-centered instruction. As a Public Schools District Supervisor in San Mateo since December 2020, he has exhibited leadership by guiding and promoting a positive learning environment. Previously, as a Principal in public elementary schools, he applied his problem-solving skills to swiftly adapt to classroom challenges. Mil has contributed to the educational landscape through his participation in the development of various national instructional materials for the Department of Education (DepEd).
