Managed bookkeeping, data entry, validation, and reporting using Oracle Financial (ERP) software in the Payables and GL modules. Conducted the preparation of daily bank positions for fund allocation to meet payment needs and cash flows. Posted vendor and service invoices in the Oracle Financial Payable Module, and performed reconciliations for suppliers, bank accounts, inter-company, and inter-division transactions. Handled financing documentation for ERF I & ERF II, FAPC, CF, FIM, Istisna, etc. Negotiated rates with various bank treasuries for sales (export proceeds) and purchases (import LC payments) in US dollars. Developed cash flow forecasts and prepared a breakdown of expenses along with comparative analysis for auditors and management. Processed payments to suppliers, contractors, service providers, and employees, including withholding and sales tax. Managed withholding tax deductions, payments, and filings of monthly and annual returns, as well as the dispatch of income tax and sales tax certificates. Assisted in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, while actively participating in audits.
