Muqaddas M. is a BS Information Technology graduate from the Virtual University of Pakistan, with relevant experience in operations management, teaching, and data management. As an Operation Manager at a travel agency, Muqaddas successfully streamlined workflows and managed client data, enhancing overall efficiency through adept use of MS Office and organizational skills. Earlier, at Gul Ahmed, Muqaddas contributed to the operational management of the production floor by analyzing and reporting on production data in a fast-paced, data-driven setting. With a strong foundation in data analytics and cybersecurity, bolstered by certifications from CISCO, Muqaddas also developed excellent communication skills through teaching complex concepts at Dar e Arqam School.
