Jackin M. is a dedicated and highly motivated engineer with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and automobile technology. A graduate with a First Class degree in Bachelor of Technology from RP-College of Kigali, he has extensive hands-on experience in the field. As an Automobile Instructor at Rwanda Correctional Service, he develops practical exercises to enhance hands-on skills, maintaining essential workshop tools and equipment. Previously, he was a Team Leader at Tepa Engineering, where he coordinated tasks, supervised team members, and ensured the upkeep of company tools. His background includes roles such as TVET Trainer at IBB TSS, where he focused on workshops, assessments, and feedback. Jackin has demonstrable expertise in mechanical systems diagnostics, repair and maintenance, and the usage of CAD and CAM software such as SolidWorks and MATLAB. Fluent in English and native in Kinyarwanda, he holds certifications as a TVET trainer and in artificial intelligence.
