Earlier, as the Management Manager, she directed plant operations, enhancing production and logistics processes. Her tenure also saw her manage globalization projects and new company incorporations in the energy sector. Natali's proficiency extends to ERP implementation, showcased during her stint as the Accounting and Audit Manager from 2019 to 2021.
