Nazla M. is a final-year Industrial Engineering student with a strong foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills complemented by systematic thinking. As a Laboratory Assistant at Universitas Krisnadwipayana, one of Jakarta's oldest private universities, Nazla guided over 30 students each practical period on Material Requirements Planning and statistical analysis techniques like Chi-Square and Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests. Her role included evaluating more than 30 student reports per semester to ensure precise analysis, providing technical consultations to resolve data processing and production planning hurdles, and contributing to laboratory administration by drafting budget proposals to streamline operations. She enhanced her data analysis capabilities during her studies and organizational involvement, which included practical seminars on pipe systems and managing logistics for technical presentations. Nazla is proficient in Microsoft Excel, SolidWorks, and statistical software such as Minitab and SPSS. Her educational journey was marked by developing communication skills and public speaking through teaching, coupled with advancing her time management and teamwork abilities.
