Delivered comprehensive MEP design, coordination, and construction assistance for commercial mall projects and tenant fit-outs. HVAC systems were designed for more than 20 renovation projects and three new mall developments, including layout creation using AutoCAD. Cooling load calculations and airflow balancing were performed to ensure system efficiency. Compliance with SMACNA standards and ASHRAE guidelines was maintained during duct sizing. Performed material take-offs using PlanSwift and prepared bills of quantities for MEP systems, assisting in bidding and cost estimations. Conducted engineering research, including thermal analysis of insulation for pipes, presenting recommendations for engineering standards.
