Neirey Joy P. gained foundational experience through on-the-job training at TeleTech in the IT Department and at Panasiatic Solutions' Recruitment Hub, each for one month, as well as two months of training at La Salle Tech focusing on Computer System Servicing under TESDA. With hands-on exposure to the BPO and information technology sectors, Neirey Joy P. developed practical skills in Microsoft Office applications, database operation with Microsoft Access, and programming languages such as C++, SQL, and HTML. Education includes graduating with High Honors from Luisa Medel National High School in Computer System Servicing and completing the second year of a Bachelor of Science in Information System at Carlos Hilado Memorial State College. She is a certified NC II holder in both Cookery and Computer System Servicing through TESDA.
