Nicole V. is a distinguished professional currently serving as the Head Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Coach at The Gap Year Course, where she is committed to nurturing young gymnasts to achieve their full potential. With over four years of experience in Physiology, she expertly applies her knowledge of how the body works and compensates during exercise to guide her gymnasts safely through demanding training sessions. Previously, at Brits Gymnastics Club, she honed skills in mentoring gymnasts to reach their personal goals as an assistant coach. Nicole's academic journey at North West University has been equally impressive, where she graduated with a BHSc in Physiology and now pursues an honors degree focusing on Cardiovascular Physiology. In addition to her coaching roles, she holds a Level 2 South African Gymnastics Federation certification, qualifying her as a gymnastics judge at various competitive levels. Her technical proficiency in lab techniques, physiological data analysis, and her leadership experience as a class representative further highlight her capabilities.
