Supervise daily construction operations for solar farm and energy storage system projects, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Conduct monitoring and inspections for earthworks and embankment works, focusing on subgrade preparation and compaction. Carry out piling inspections to verify alignment, depth, and installation procedures as stated in approved method statements. Execute internal inspections and material receiving inspections to uphold quality standards. Prepare Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and facilitate coordination of inspections with the Client and Owner's Engineer. Liaise with designers and construction teams on drawing updates and necessary design clarifications. Provide documented progress data, quantities, and photographic evidence for designated scopes to assist in weekly and monthly reporting. Assess construction permits, technical documents, and required approvals. Work with QA/QC teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure quality compliance and timely project delivery. Supervise material submissions and testing activities for construction materials, including concrete, reinforcing steel, and soil, in alignment with project specifications and industry standards. Coordinate with accredited laboratories for material testing, ensuring compliance with established standards prior to material incorporation. Oversee road construction from subgrade preparation through concrete pavement, coordinating material testing and quality inspections as per project specifications.
