Pratik R. is advancing his academic career with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) (Hons.) at D H S K Commerce College, expected to be completed by 2028. He has augmented his education with a focused training program in Advanced Human Resource Management through Internshala Trainings. During this six-week certified course, he gained expertise in areas such as Introduction to HRM, Remuneration and Compensation Management, and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), achieving a final assessment score of 66%. The course further enhanced his understanding of Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance. Pratik is proficient in MS-Excel and MS-Word, as well as both spoken and written English, equipping him to manage human resources effectively—the most precious resource of any organization.
