Radifta Z.

Radifta P. is a graduate of Civil and Environmental Engineering from IPB University with a professional focus in the construction, oil and gas industries, and supply chain management. As a Management Trainee at Bukaka Teknik Utama, he is refining his technical and managerial skills through a rigorous cross-departmental training program. His role has exposed him to Health, Safety & Environment, Quality Control, and Maintenance & Facility, allowing him to gain hands-on experience with site operations and project workflows. Previously, at KJPP Yusrizal, Henry & Rekan, he served as an appraiser, specializing in the valuation of large infrastructural assets within oil palm plantations. His time as a drafter involved creating technical drawings of structural beams for a shopping mall utilizing AutoCAD, a skill further enriched during an internship at Beverly Lake Residence, where he designed the MEP systems for a housing project. Radifta has also led the Human Resources Development Department in HIMATESIL, facilitating several successful projects and events. He possesses certifications as a Main Quantity Surveyor and in basic property education.
