Rafael B. is a Junior Programmer at Wizzard Technologies, Inc., where he maintains and supports legacy Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) built on the .NET Framework using VB.NET, and develops web-based HRIS solutions with PHP Laravel and Vue.js. Previously, as a Junior Programmer Intern at the same company, he contributed to the development of a Smart Barangay Management System, handling front-end tasks with ReactJS and back-end logic using PHP Laravel, as well as managing databases in SQL Server. Earlier, Rafael served as a Data Entry Specialist at LBC Express, Inc., focusing on data recording and system input through Microsoft Excel. He also worked at PetMaluSog as an Inventory/Sales Clerk. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Eulogio Amang Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology, where he led projects in emotion detection using machine learning and contributed to adaptive tools for the visually impaired.
