Ralph D. is a resourceful Information Technology graduate with proven experience as a Technical IT Intern at MBS General Merchandise, associated with Saint Ferdinand College. During his 486-hour On-the-Job Training, he gained hands-on experience in foundational technical operations and hardware infrastructure support, assisting in daily administrative tech tasks and troubleshooting basic hardware stability. His responsibilities included maintaining digital records and drafting progress reports to support internal data workflows, collaborating closely with his internship supervisor. Ralph showcased his strong skills in PC hardware troubleshooting, system development, and web development technologies such as PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.
