Rebecca T.

Rebecca T. is a textiles professional and support worker currently pursuing a BA in Textiles in Practice at Manchester Metropolitan University. Her expertise includes the use of Domestic and Dubied knit machines, DesignaKnit, embroidery, and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator within the textiles and design industry. Rebecca has collaborated with organizations like the Royal National Institute of Blind People, creating samples for the visually impaired and working with feedback from volunteers. She developed identity-focused textile samples for Hallmark and was a finalist and award winner in the Young Designers Competition. Her experience also spans hospitality at O2 Victoria Warehouse and Flair Events, retail and volunteering in charity shops, and offering tailored support to individuals with disabilities at A+bility. She holds international academic exposure through The Hong Kong Polytechnic University's textile courses.
