Roadgers O. is an experienced hospitality professional specializing in the food and beverage industry in Kenya. Currently a Hotel Supervisor at The Candela Hotel in Siaya, he oversees daily hotel operations and staff performance, ensuring high service standards across all departments while managing guest relations, reservations, and event coordination. Previously, Roadgers worked as a waiter at Ciala Resort in Kisumu, delivering excellent table service and supporting event and banquet setups.
