Additionally, he brings experience from freelancing on Upwork as a Front-end Web Developer and QA Tester. Most recently, he has worked at the DiWA Mindanao Center for Disease Watch & Analytics as an Assistant Programmer and Researcher. Fluent in English and Cebuano, with basic proficiency in Spanish and Tagalog, Joshua demonstrates a strong ability to manage time effectively and think critically in diverse technological environments.
