Romeo B. is an Information Technology graduate experienced in supporting digital transformation within government and local government unit (LGU) services. As an IT Specialist at the Agriculture Office of LGU Manito, he oversaw the management, validation, and maintenance of RSBSA farmer data, ensuring high data accuracy and efficient reporting. Romeo also served as a Project Manager for both government and e-commerce web projects, leading the development of a civil registry web application and the Casa Hermanas website. His hands-on internship at the DILG Regional Office V further solidified his expertise assisting the Regional ICT Unit in technical roles. Romeo’s technical background spans data management, web application development, basic programming using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, and graphic design with Photoshop and Canva, directly applied in both public service and digital media contexts.
