Roselle L. is a licensed civil engineer specializing in the planning, design, and estimation of public infrastructure, with experience in both the construction and education sectors in the Philippines. As a Designer under Planning, Design, Construction and Monitoring Unit at the National Irrigation Administration Region VII, she focuses on irrigation structure design and project monitoring, supported by deep knowledge of engineering standards, codes, and government compliance. Roselle's technical background includes proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and STAAD for engineering drawings and analysis, as well as expertise in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and budgeting.
