Contributed to the development of the Buffer part Management Tool, a centralized inventory management system enhancing data consistency and accessibility. Transformed the engineer onboarding/update process into a fully digital system using the KMS Core tool, facilitating improved efficiency and minimal processing delays. Developed an automated PET Automation system, utilizing a SharePoint list for front-end price lookup which connects to an SQL database via Power Automate for data retrieval and updates, significantly reducing project time and operational costs. Designed and implemented a centralized Supplies Inventory Tool integrated with SharePoint and Power Automate, enabling real-time stock tracking across locations. Created a PowerApps-based Customer Sentiment Index application, allowing customers to submit feedback, with integrated real-time sentiment tracking and analysis visualized on a Power BI dashboard. Developed interactive BPR PBI Dashboards that enable stakeholders to track financial KPIs and trends through dynamic visual representations. Built an AI-powered Invoice Struct tool leveraging Power Automate to extract data from fixed-format invoices for automatic export into structured Excel columns. Wrote a Python script for PDF Editor Automation to streamline document preparation by automatically inserting static text into PDFs.
