About

Hi, I'm Alyssa! ๐Ÿ˜Š

I'm a Virtual Assistant with over 10 years of experience in customer support, client relations, and remote operations, and I genuinely love this kind of work. There's something really satisfying about helping a client's day a little easier.

Most recently, I worked as a Client Relations Manager for a Singapore real estate brand, where I managed transaction coordination, client communications, document processing, and listing management for a busy real estate team. Before that, I supported businesses as a Virtual Assistant handling scheduling, email management, data entry, research, and social media content using tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and WordPress. My earlier career was built on a strong foundation in technical support, starting at VXI Global Solutions and later as Tier 2 Technical Support at Concentrix, where I learned how to stay calm, patient, and solutions-focused even when things got challenging.

I'm comfortable working across a wide range of tools, including Jira, DocuSign, monday.com, Privyr, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, and I pick up new systems quickly. I'd describe myself as detail-oriented, adaptable, and someone who takes real ownership of the work I'm given. I don't just want to complete tasks, I want to understand the bigger picture so I can genuinely contribute.

I'm also fully open to working in any timezone and adapting my schedule to fit my client's needs. Because reliability and flexibility matter a lot to me, and I want my client to feel confident that I'll show up ready, whatever the hours look like!

I'm looking for a long-term remote role where I can bring consistency, care, and reliability to a team, and where I can keep growing. Thank you so much for taking the time to read through my profile. I'd love the opportunity to connect and see how I might be a good fit for your team!

All the best.

Alyssa

Experience

  • Client Relations Manager

    EastCondos.SG ยท 2025 โ€” 2026
This is my most recent role. I work as the main point of contact for a busy Singapore real estate team, handling transaction coordination for HDB and condo resale cases, client communications, document processing, listing management on PropertyGuru, I use tools like monday.com, Privyr, DocuSign, and Microsoft 365 daily. I also built several custom skills for the team using Claude, which reflects how much ownership I like to take in improving how a team works, not just doing the assigned tasks.
  • Virtual Assistant

    McMahon Management ยท 2024 โ€” 2025
Another VA role where I continued building on administrative and organizational support, managing day-to-day tasks that kept the business running smoothly, while continuing to strengthen my remote work discipline and multitasking.
  • Virtual Assistant

    Capital Workspaces ยท 2023 โ€” 2024
As a VA here, I supported the business across several fronts: email management, scheduling, data entry, and research. I also handled social media content creation and posting using Canva, Hootsuite, and WordPress, and had regular access to Meta Ads Manager, where I helped manage boosted posts and paid promotions. This role rounded out my skills beyond pure support work into content and light digital marketing.
  • Beta Tester

    AudioOne FYI ยท 2022 โ€” 2023
I worked as a Beta Tester, using Jira to log bugs, track issues, and support the QA process before product releases. This gave me hands-on experience with structured issue tracking and attention to detail, since beta testing requires noticing things that are easy to overlook and documenting them clearly enough for a dev team to act on.
  • Tier 2 Technical Support

    Concentrix ยท 2019 โ€” 2022
I moved into Tier 2 technical support, which meant handling more complex, escalated issues that frontline agents couldn't resolve. This role sharpened my technical troubleshooting skills and taught me how to dig deeper into a problem instead of relying on a script, while still keeping communication clear and customer-friendly. Nearly 3 years here gave me real depth in technical problem-solving under pressure.
  • Customer Support

    VXI Global Solutions ยท 2016 โ€” 2019
This is where I started my career in remote/BPO work. I handled customer support, resolving account, payment, and transaction-related issues for users. This role built my foundation in clear communication, patience, and staying calm while helping people work through problems, especially when they were frustrated or confused about their transfers.
