Mary Joy R. is a highly experienced Cluster Director of People & Culture, currently leading HR operations at ibis Styles Subic & Mercure Hotel Subic, located in Olongapo City. As part of the pre-opening team under Accor, she drives policy implementation and workforce development. Previously, Mary Joy served as the Director of Human Resources for Pico Sands Hotel and Pico de Loro Beach & Country Club, enhancing recruitment and compliance initiatives in Nasugbu, Batangas. At Crimson Resort & Spa, Boracay, she directed HR operations for a luxury resort, focusing on employee relations and labor compliance. Her tenure at Crimson Resort & Spa, Mactan, saw her rise from HR Assistant to Area Director, where she shaped HR strategies for Mactan and Boracay properties. She is a Certified Data Privacy Officer, skilled in policy development, talent acquisition strategies, employee relations, and data protection compliance. Mary Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of the Philippines and has completed law units at San Jose Recoletos.
