Ryzza X. is a Registered Electrical Engineer with a proven background in property management, engineering operations, and facilities maintenance. Based in Quezon City, she currently holds the position of Building Engineer at E. Commerce Plaza with First Oceanic Property Management, Inc. Her responsibilities include overseeing 24/7 commercial office building operations, ensuring the performance of critical systems, and maintaining regulatory compliance. She excels in coordinating preventive maintenance, managing engineering projects, and enhancing tenant relationships through effective problem-solving and technical documentation for sustainability initiatives. Previously, she completed a Property Management Trainee program and held an Electrician Intern role with Romago Inc. Ryzza graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila, where she was a DOST Scholar.
