Saiyidati S., commonly known as Umay, is an accomplished Administrative Coordinator at the Indonesian Young Scientist Association (IYSA), a renowned NGO dedicated to enhancing the potential, talents, and creativity of Indonesian students through participation in scientific and non-competitive activities both locally and internationally. Holding a bachelor's degree in Library Science, she initially pursued her career as a librarian at Lazuardi Global Compassionate School from 2018 to 2020. Since 2020, Umay has been integral to IYSA's administrative team, where she coordinates national and international events, ensuring smooth and successful scientific competitions. Her expertise extends to program organization, demonstrated by her role in the annual "Bulan Bahasa" initiative, aimed at preserving Indonesian language and literacy. Additionally, she has contributed content for literacy introduction programs and been a part of creative writing projects, such as the 2022 book "Antalogi." Umay's commitment to student engagement and program management exemplifies her organizational prowess and dedication to literacy. She also acts as a Person in Charge (PIC) for administrative divisions, showcasing her ability to handle complex tasks effectively.
