Shaira Jane S. is a Research Assistant at the University Research and Development Center of Trinity University of Asia, where she has contributed since 2019. Her experience in the academic and finance sectors includes managing research schedules, encoding data, overseeing budgets, and organizing research activities on projects such as the DOST-NCR-funded study on urban communities' views on science, technology, and innovation. Previously, Shaira Jane held roles as a Student Assistant in the university's finance unit and as a Student Trainee at the Social Security System, Cubao Branch, gaining hands-on experience in financial management and administration. She has published research on sustainability in private education during COVID-19 and held committee roles in multiple Philippine education conferences. Currently pursuing her Master in Business Administration, she has completed extensive training in research ethics and policy research.
