Shambel H. is a seasoned Programme and Technical Specialist with over 10 years of experience in the humanitarian and development sectors in Ethiopia. Shambel has provided technical advisory and managerial support for donor-funded initiatives across economic inclusion, livelihoods programming, youth engagement, MSME support, and HIV/AIDS prevention. With an MA in Cooperative Development and Leadership and a BA in Management, Shambel’s roles have spanned organizations like Farm Africa, World Bank programs, British Council, UNDP, CARE Ethiopia, FHI360, Save the Children, and ChildFund.
