Shellsea C. is an Industrial Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in production planning, operations support, and organizational leadership across manufacturing and service industries in the Philippines. Her background includes serving as a Production Planning Control & Industrial Engineer at Valerie Products Manufacturing Inc., where she applied process improvement strategies and conducted data analysis to enhance operational efficiency. She worked as an Operations Associate at WNS Global Philippines and gained additional exposure to revenue processes during her internship at the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Shellsea also contributed to quality control and facilities planning in a family business setting, and demonstrated leadership as SK Secretary at Barangay Sampaguita and as Director of a campus modeling competition. She is Lean Six Sigma White Belt certified and proficient in tools such as AutoCAD.
