I have over 20 years of experience in IT, with most of my career focused on Business Analysis.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with business users, management, and technical teams to understand business needs, analyze processes, prepare documentation, coordinate projects, support testing, and help resolve system and operational issues. My experience has also given me strong skills in stakeholder management, reporting, organization, problem-solving, and handling multiple priorities.
I would describe myself as organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and adaptable. I’m comfortable working independently, but I also enjoy collaborating with different people and supporting a team in achieving its goals.
At this stage of my career, I’m looking for a new opportunity where I can apply my experience and transferable skills, continue learning, and contribute meaningful value to the organization. I’m particularly interested in a role where I can use my strengths in coordination, organization, communication, and problem-solving to provide effective support to the team and management.
