He ensured the integrity and accuracy of data by verifying and encoding information, collaborating closely with local government and community stakeholders. Sherwin also contributed to the preparation of cadastral maps and property records at the Allen Municipal Assessor’s Office, honing his skills in organizing, verifying, and maintaining critical documents. His proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUP, and other industry-standard software supports his architectural studies and practical engagements. Sherwin is a member of the United Architects of the Philippines Student Auxiliary, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and community engagement.
