SHIERA M.

Shiera M. is a Professional Teacher with extensive experience instructing both graders and secondary learners in the Philippine education sector. Since 2016, she has served at the Department of Education, where she develops and implements lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and adapts to diverse learning styles. Her responsibilities include assessing student performance through tests, assignments, and class participation; creating an inclusive classroom environment; and collaborating with colleagues, parents, and administrators to enhance student development.
