Participated in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations covering weighing, granulation, compression, coating, and packaging processes, while learning and applying GMP guidelines, SOP documentation, and equipment handling practices. Assisted technical staff with in-process quality checks, including hardness, friability, disintegration, and weight variation. Gained familiarity with BMR/BPR documentation standards and production line workflow, and observed coordination among production, quality control, and quality assurance teams during batch processing. Studied procedures for handling, storage, and dispensing of raw materials and finished products following GDP, and reviewed safety protocols such as PPE use, material handling, and hazard prevention in production areas. Exposure also included methods for troubleshooting equipment and minor process deviations in collaboration with staff.
