Currently serving as a Search Consultant at gpac since 2026, he leads full-cycle recruiting processes, focusing on candidate sourcing and client relationships to drive new business. In his concurrent role as Television Coordinator at the University of St. Thomas, he seamlessly coordinates live TV broadcasts, ensuring operations run smoothly in Division 1 Athletics. As a Recruiting & Retention Manager at The Red Wagon Delivers, Terrell enhances staffing retention through strategic recruiting practices and oversees logistics for optimal delivery efficiency. Earlier, he served as National Account Manager at DestiNATION Transport, generating new business through strategic client engagements, and Project Manager at Detailed by Design, where he managed projects aligning with budget and timelines. His academic background includes an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Concordia University.
