Tri P., an experienced Paralegal with a solid background in law and advocacy, currently works with PERADI KHARISMA. He holds a degree in Social Science from U.T FISIP and is also a certified CPA. Tri's career began as an operator in the mining industry with PT Freeport Indonesia from 1991 to 2021, where he gained significant exposure to industrial relations and manpower law. He actively participated in various training programs, including a workshop on Manpower Law No.13/2003 and a guide on labor inspection during the pandemic by ILO. Additionally, Tri has been a committed member of organizations like PUK SPKEP SPSI and PC FSPKEP SPSI, holding roles in advocacy and education. His dedication to social causes is evident through his involvement with KOMNASHA and AMNESTY INTERNATIONAL's initiatives concerning human rights.
