My name is Annalou Estremos, and I’m from Bislig, Surigao del Sur. I worked overseas for 14 years as a Medical Records Clerk, where I was responsible for organizing patient records accurately and maintaining strict confidentiality. Recently, I worked as a Roadside Assistance Dispatcher for Nation Safe Driver in Davao City for more than a year. In this role, I assisted customers in need of roadside help such as towing and jumpstarts, tracked vehicle locations using Google Maps, and coordinated with service providers. I am hardworking, organized, and flexible with schedules, and I’m passionate about providing excellent customer service. I’m excited to bring my skills and experience to your company.
