I was an agent working under Virgin Australia Airline. I am responsible for taking calls and handling the concerns of our clients and also making airline booking reservations. I am also responsible for making changes or cancellations of their bookings. I'm handling international calls outbound and inbound. I had 9 months of experience under that company.  And I also have a part-time job in hotel planning.
