Olive U. is a seasoned Research Manager specializing in implementation science within the global health sector, notably across diverse research and clinical environments in Rwanda. With over eight years of hands-on experience, Olive has led multi-site studies focusing on gender, sexual, and reproductive health, as well as stigma reduction in breast and cervical cancer for organizations including Butaro Level Two Teaching Hospital and Mediheal Diagnostic and Fertility Center. She excels in designing and implementing MEL frameworks, orchestrating community-based participatory research, and ensuring rigorous quantitative & qualitative analysis using tools such as STATA, SPSS, Nvivo, and Dedoose.
