Zainab R. is an Élève Ingénieur en Agroalimentaire currently in her first year of the engineering cycle at the Ecole nationale des sciences appliquées Béni Mellal. With a background in integrated preparatory studies and a baccalaureate in physical sciences, Zainab has developed proficiency in IBM Cognos, SPSS, Microsoft Excel, and access, along with hands-on experience in laboratory methods such as chromatography, extraction, purification, dilution, electrophoresis, spectrophotometry, and PCR. Her training includes the application of organic chemistry and biostatistics to the agri-food industry, as well as knowledge in analytical accounting techniques and financial analysis. Zainab also holds IBM certifications in data analytics and data visualization for data-driven roles in the agroalimentaire sector.
